Responsibility:


  • Provide advice on sourcing strategies, manage the direct recruitment of positions, and vendor management
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with the project scope and KPIs
  • Continuous identification and improvement of recruitment processes within the project


Required experience:


  • Solid understanding of recruitment project execution.
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Confident, well presented, good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Be Sensitive to emerging problems and capable of finding root cause.
  • Can-Do attitude
